naan bread
notes
you gotta measure your ingredients by weight, and not volume, but if they are equal, it'll come out good. if you don't measure your ingredients by weight, they wont be balanced and your dough will be too sticky to work with.
i think if you don't have a scale, my math says it is 1⅞ cups of flour to a cup of yogurt.
ingredients
All-Purpose Flour :1 Parts
Full-Fat Greek Yogurt :1 Parts
Butter :Just have a stick on-hand. You'll be using it to grease your pan
instructions
1 . Combine your yogurt and flour into dough
2 . Oil a pan with butter and set it to medium heat.
3 . Coat your hands in flour and scoop yourself some dough.
4 . Plap it onto the heated pan and let it cook until the bottom of your naan unsticks when you slide a spatula under it.
5 . Flip it and cook the other side.
6 . Yummy.
