meena's pear pizza

submitted by MeenaDhalgren

notes

onions can be left out to avoid pungent root jigoku. gorgonzola can be omitted if you dislike sour cheeses. it is a sauceless flatbread style pizza that relies on its savory ingredients. i think the thyme and salt are the stars of the show!

Fresh Chopped Thyme :3—5 sprigs
Mozzarella Cheese (the gross wet ball one they sell at the store) :1
Gorgonzola Cheese :Like, a handful
