gochujang pasta

spicy/creamy korean fushion pasta that tastes kind of like an upgraded shin ramen. more of a “sit on the couch” kind of food and share a spicy cozy bowl with your lover. serving size 2
ingredients
gochujang :2 tbsp (or to spiciness liking)
butter :1 tbsp
heavy cream :1/4 cup
pasta noodles :2 servings
sesame oil :1 tbsp
sesame seeds :pinch
nori :5 strips
soy sauce :2 tbsp
garlic :3 cloves
instructions
1 . boil your pasta until slightly done
2 . chop 3 cloves of garlic
3 . sauté garlic, butter, gochujang
4 . add pasta noodles and 1/4 cup pasta water
5 . sauté until water begins to evaporate a bit, add heavy cream, continue cooking until mixture combines
6 . drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil, cook for 1 more minute and turn off heat
7 . plate up! and top with sesame seeds, nori, and any herbs of your liking
